NOVEMBER 2008 - Being in the Green Zone in Baghdad provides a limited possibility to meet regular Iraqi people. You need to enter the Red Zone, term applied to most of the rest of Baghdad, and one of the most dangerous places on earth... Baghdad is divided in 9 admistrative districts and in 457 distinct neighborhoods.
